To Report a Repair
During office hours, Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm you can call the Property Services Team on freephone 0800 121 8742.
Out of office hours, before 9.00am and after 5.00pm, at weekends and bank holidays
- Tenants in London and Luton should call freephone 0800 032 4474
- Tenants in the Midlands should refer to their own scheme's out of hours arrangements.

What Happens Next?
- We will send you a letter giving a description of the repair that has been ordered, a target time for the repair to be completed, the name and contact details of the contractor and your repair order number.
- We will also enclose a repair satisfaction form for you to complete and return to us (in a pre-paid envelope) when the repair has been completed. This is an important part of the process. It helps us to monitor how we are doing.
If a repair is found to be your responsibility we may be unable to do the work or may have to recharge the cost to you.
