Tenant Involvement Forum
As part of our commitment to user involvement we facilitate the Tenant Involvement Forum. The Group meets in London and the Midlands every three months. It gives tenants and service users the opportunity to influence decisions that affect their homes and services. Visit the tenant involvement webpages here London or Midlands.
Tenant and Service User Focus Groups
All Tenants and Service Users are encouraged to attend and participate at focus group meetings. These are informal get togethers where participants are asked to give their views and comments regarding service improvements or the development of new ones which are intended to meet the growing expectations of service users and tenants. Most meetings will be held at Cara Day Centres both in London and the Midlands every 3 months and a joint meeting once every 6 months. The purpose of your focus group will be to highlight the direction most tenants and service users wish to go when improving or developing new services which affect your homes and existing services.
Tenant Board Membership
There is currently a tenant board member on our board of management. The Tenant Involvement Forum elects tenant board members. To be able to stand as a tenant board member a tenant will have been an active Tenant Involvement Forum member for the last 12 months before election.
