Comments and compliments

It is important for us to know what we are doing well. If you have received exceptional service from our staff or are impressed with any of our services, we want to hear about it.

We also welcome your suggestions on how we can improve our existing services or introduce new services.

Complaints

We aim to provide the best service we can to all our tenants and service users. But sometimes things go wrong. If you are unhappy with any part of our service or you think we have failed to do something we should have done, then we want to hear about it. Your complaints are important to us. They help us to know where we have failed to deliver a service and the areas where we need to improve. We monitor all complaints to make sure we learn from our mistakes.

All complaints are dealt with in confidence.
